About the role
Toronto French Academy (TFA) is seeking a qualified French Trainer to deliver online lessons to students ranging from A1 to B2 levels. The primary focus is preparing learners for the TEF Canada exam through engaging, structured sessions conducted remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group French classes via online platforms.
- Design and deliver curriculum aligned with TEF Canada exam modules.
- Provide demo sessions for prospective students.
- Monitor student progress, give feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Utilize Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Drive to organize and deliver course materials.
Required profile
- DELF certification at minimum B1 level (B2 or C1 preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven experience teaching French.
- Experience with TEF Canada exam preparation is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working with online teaching tools and flexible hours.
