About the role

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will handle the full recruitment cycle for high‑volume, on‑camera and presenter positions, helping an international agency meet continuous hiring demand.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
