Remote Caller – Outbound & Inbound Sales Support

About the role

The Caller will work remotely from Mumbai, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote Rare Orbit Technologies' digital marketing and technology services. You will qualify leads, schedule demos, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain basic features of the company’s marketing, automation, and software solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM or tracking tools.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication across the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and Hindi with a professional phone demeanor.
• Proven experience in tele‑calling, lead generation, or customer support, preferably in a services or technology environment.
• High reliability, good time‑management, and ability to meet calling and conversion targets.
• Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback.
