About the role

We are seeking a remote Biology Educator to design and solve challenging biology problems that will be used to evaluate large language models. This short‑term contract role offers flexible hours with a required overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

Design and solve complex biology problems for LLM evaluation benchmarks.
Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with detailed reasoning.
Collaborate with LLM researchers to create undergraduate‑to‑PhD‑level evaluation tasks.
Help define new benchmarks spanning a wide range of biology topics.
Explain biology concepts using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed.

Required profile

Master’s, Ph.D., or currently pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
Strong research, analytical, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
