Relationship Manager – Stock Broking & Trading

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our stock broking and trading firm in Kolkata. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving trading activity, and ensuring client success across equity and derivatives markets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new retail and high‑net‑worth clients through leads, cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Manage client portfolios by providing market insights, trading recommendations and personalized advice on equities, derivatives, mutual funds and IPOs.
• Execute trades, monitor market trends, prepare investment reports and resolve client queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, NISM standards and internal policies while meeting revenue targets through upselling financial products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Mandatory NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stock broking, financial services or sales; freshers with solid market knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, technical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
