Relationship Manager (Stock Broker)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive sales of demat accounts through Arihant Capital's sub‑broking partnership, generate brokerage revenue and support clients in equity, commodity and currency markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and acquire new demat accounts under the sub‑broking model.
• Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity and currency segments.
• Generate revenue by activating accounts and cross‑selling value‑added financial products.
• Educate clients on investment opportunities, market trends and product features.
• Provide advisory support and ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in broking, investment advisory, algorithmic trading or financial services is advantageous.
• Target‑driven mindset with proactive sales approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, team‑oriented environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of stock market operations and products.
• Understanding of demat account processes.
• Familiarity with equity, commodity and currency trading.
• Experience with brokerage and revenue generation.
• Exposure to algorithmic trading concepts.
