Relationship Manager – Retail Banking (Andheri)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive sales growth for retail banking channels in Andheri by promoting visibility of Birla Sunlife’s mutual fund products and ensuring high service standards. The role focuses on building goodwill with channel partners, keeping them informed, and supporting both retail and corporate investors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and achieve maximum sales by regularly engaging with clients and channel partners.
• Gather and analyse market information, identify new client opportunities, and deliver direct pitches.
• Liaise with channel partners and corporate clients to strengthen relationships and increase product uptake.
• Provide training, disseminate product updates promptly, and ensure efficient after‑sales support.
• Maintain compliance with internal reporting, audit systems, and sales standards.

Required profile

• Experience interacting with retail banking channels and distributors.
• Ability to communicate product features and schemes to target clientele.
• Strong focus on service quality and issue resolution.
• Understanding of mutual fund and asset‑management products is advantageous.
