Relationship Manager – Onboarding (Sales)

About the role

Petpooja is looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager – Onboarding to drive the adoption of its Restaurant Billing Platform and Value‑Added Services. You will be the face of the brand in the market, generating leads, conducting demos, and building lasting relationships with restaurant owners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and associated VAS.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits and market references.
• Conduct product demos, onboard new restaurants and close contracts.
• Organise and participate in local promotional events to boost brand visibility.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with onboarded clients.
• Handle client issues using the escalation matrix and ensure high satisfaction.
• Report sales performance, provide insights and suggest process improvements.
• Achieve and exceed sales, demo and visit targets through daily planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a B2B or restaurant‑focused environment.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentability skills.
