Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the bank and its corporate and individual clients, driving growth through tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assess client financial needs and propose appropriate products such as business loans, current accounts, swipe machines and QR code solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries on financial products and services.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets by cross‑selling and upselling banking solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial status and adjust service offerings.
• Collect and verify required documentation throughout the onboarding and servicing processes.
• Collaborate with operations, support and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay informed on banking regulations, market trends and new product developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, financial services or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of banking products, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and provide high‑quality customer service.
