About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage client portfolios, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions are tightly aligned with each client’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to expand the RN13 footprint.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
Collaborate closely with internal operations and technical teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting on account health and growth projections.

Required profile

Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of aligning solutions with client strategic goals.
