Registered Pharmacist – 24/7 Pharmacy (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Pharmacist to join our 24/7 Pharmacy network in Mumbai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, and delivering excellent customer service in a premium residential setting.

Key responsibilities

• Check prescriptions and lead dispensing activities.
• Process medicine billing, handle cash, UPI, and card settlements.
• Manage walk‑in, WhatsApp, and delivery orders efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, refill shelves, and track expiry dates.
• Maintain organized medicine racks and accurate refill records.
• Coordinate with delivery riders for timely medicine dispatch.
• Provide clear billing to every customer and support shift handover.
• Handle urgent orders with speed and precision.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacy qualification and registration.
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong sense of punctuality, discipline, and reliability.
• Good understanding of medicines, substitutes, and prescription handling.
• Ability to work responsibly in a premium residential pharmacy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy billing software.
