Registered Nurse – Interventional Cardiology

About the role

We are looking for motivated Registered Nurses to join our interventional cardiology team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting senior charge nurses, and helping drive continuous improvement within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients undergoing interventional cardiology procedures.
• Support the Senior Charge Nurse and Charge Nurses in daily operations.
• Lead the nursing team in the absence of senior charge staff.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Model professional standards for junior staff.
• Adapt to fluctuating service pressures and variable 24/7 shift patterns.
• Occasionally work in other areas of interventional cardiology and related clinical units.

Required profile

• Motivated and able to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven or developing ability to lead a nursing team when required.
• Experience delivering high‑quality patient care under variable pressures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, inclusive attitude with an understanding of service demands.
