About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Ethicon Wound Closure division in Telangana. The role leads the Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems team, driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise individual contributors and supervisors, managing performance and workflow.
- Coordinate sales processes to achieve targets, including customer acquisition and retention.
- Communicate product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines across the team.
- Ensure compliance with sales objectives and company Credo.
- Manage operational aspects such as workflow, performance metrics, and compliance.
Required profile
- Experience in MedTech or clinical sales within hospital systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
