Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Themis Medicare Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its Critical Care and OT product portfolio in Vijayawada. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular field visits to engage healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee territory mapping, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to align initiatives.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Critical Care or OT product segment.
• Proven track record in regional sales management and team leadership within pharma or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
