Regional o9 Training Lead (AMEA)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as the Regional o9 Training Lead for the AMEA region and drive the successful rollout of the o9 Planning platform alongside the SAP S/4 Hana transformation. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that enable users across the globe to adopt new digital tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the overall o9 training strategy, curriculum and role‑based learning paths for project teams, key users and end users.
• Oversee design and creation of training content, manuals and multimedia materials, ensuring alignment with business processes and regional variations.
• Partner with the vendor to implement a “train‑the‑trainer” model, equipping regional trainers to deliver workshops, e‑learning and hands‑on sessions.
• Utilise Mondelēz’s Learning Management System to distribute, track and report on training progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SAP S/4 Hana Training Lead to ensure synergy between the two transformation programmes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across global, regional and business‑unit teams to guarantee consistent training standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering large‑scale training programmes for enterprise software solutions.
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to work with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and instructional design capabilities.
