Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific liaison for thought leaders and physicians within a defined therapeutic area and geography. The role involves continuous identification, mapping, and profiling of key opinion leaders to support the company’s medical affairs strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage identified thought leaders through targeted medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
• Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, pre‑license activities, and special projects.
• Act as the therapeutic‑area scientific expert, discussing product data, treatment trends, and study outcomes with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and other specialists.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background with expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Proven experience in medical affairs or related pharmaceutical roles.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Excellent communication skills for both proactive and reactive scientific discussions.
