Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

The Regional Medical Advisor will act as the primary scientific liaison between Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and key opinion leaders in a defined therapeutic area and geography. This role focuses on building relationships, delivering medical education, and supporting evidence generation to advance the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and profile thought leaders across the assigned region and therapeutic area.
• Engage identified experts through medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
• Execute the medical affairs strategy, including medical education, product education, advisory boards, pre‑license activities and special projects.
• Provide scientific expertise on product data, treatment trends and emerging studies to physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate and disseminate medical evidence.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or related field.
• Significant experience in medical affairs or similar scientific liaison roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders.
• Strong understanding of the assigned therapeutic area and relevant clinical data.
