Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific liaison between Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and key thought leaders in a defined geography and therapeutic area. The role involves building relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers and other experts to support the company’s medical affairs strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and profile thought leaders within the assigned region and therapeutic area.
• Engage identified experts through medical education, product education, advisory boards and evidence‑generation activities.
• Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including pre‑license activities, special projects and collaborative research initiatives.
• Provide scientific expertise on product data, treatment trends and emerging studies to the defined audience of specialists.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of medical activities with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in medical affairs or similar scientific liaison role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and ability to discuss scientific data with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
