Regional Manager - Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Manager – Sales to lead our industrial sales efforts across key sectors in India. The role focuses on expanding our distributor network, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with OEMs, automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, and forging and casting companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential distributors and customers within a techno‑commercial framework.
• Plan, organise and deliver seminars, product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Engage with target segments such as OEMs, automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, and forging/casting industries to promote our product portfolio.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, address concerns promptly and build long‑term loyalty.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Own sales targets, track performance with data‑driven approaches and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and distributors, fostering strong relationships.
• Leverage industrial sales expertise in welding products (electrodes) to provide tailored solutions for fabrication and forging sectors.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage relationships with end users.
• Demonstrated experience achieving targeted sales outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer engagement.
• Background in industrial sales and marketing.
• Fluent English communication skills.
