Regional HR Manager

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will lead recruitment activities across multiple locations, ensuring that hiring aligns with business needs, budgets and timelines. This role partners closely with department heads to understand talent requirements and drives end‑to‑end hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitments within allocated budgets and turnaround times.
• Review quarterly manpower plans and departmental staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to define profile specifications and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal pipelines and external consultants.
• Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and enforce service level agreements.
• Calculate and monitor recruitment metrics such as cost, time‑to‑fill, and source efficiency.
• Coordinate screening, evaluation and selection processes to secure best‑fit candidates.
• Conduct preliminary screening, shortlist qualified applicants, and schedule interviews.
• Oversee documentation, background checks, medical tests and onboarding formalities.
• Facilitate new‑hire induction and ensure smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, drive process improvements and provide strategic input.
• Analyze attrition trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies.
• Introduce new assessment tools and train hiring managers on effective interview techniques.
