Regional Head – Gold Loans (Lucknow)

About the role

The Regional Head – Gold Loans for Lucknow will lead the execution of the gold‑loan strategy across the region, driving growth, profitability and portfolio quality while ensuring strict risk and regulatory discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the national gold‑loan strategy into a regional execution plan, setting AUM, disbursement, P&L and branch expansion targets.
• Lead and manage multiple area heads and a large distributed branch network to achieve business objectives.
• Define manpower structure, productivity benchmarks and business plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with all enabling functions, regional stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends and risk indicators, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in NBFC or banking, preferably in gold‑loan or secured lending businesses.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering regional growth targets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing NBFCs in India.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
