Customer Service Executive – Branch Operations

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will oversee day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the Bareilly branch, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receipting, banking, and reconciliation processes with 100% accuracy, including cash, cheque and demand draft handling.
• Manage petty cash, safe custody of cash boxes and branch assets, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Identify and register local vendors, process procurement, and oversee timely payments and lease agreements.
• Coordinate branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other functions.
• Support advisor licensing, sales reward programmes, MIS preparation and dashboard updates.
• Provide legal, compliance and taxation support, including professional tax remittance.
• Maintain confidentiality of information while operating multiple systems under bandwidth constraints.

• Experience in branch operations, financial processing and compliance.
• Ability to work extended hours and handle unpredictable workload spikes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
