Centre Head – Collections & Tele‑Collections

About the role

The Centre Head – Collections – Tele‑Collections will lead the front‑end recovery function for the Noida zone, overseeing both call‑centre operations and field referral coordination. The role focuses on early‑stage delinquent accounts to meet ECL provisioning targets and minimise NPAs in line with ABFL policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑end collections for 5,000‑7,500 retail and digital accounts across the zone.
• Drive resolution and normalisation of early‑delinquent buckets to achieve ECL savings of 200‑300 bps by FY21.
• Supervise call‑centre teams and tele‑collection agencies, ensuring cost efficiency improvements of up to 30%.
• Coordinate with field referral teams to streamline recovery actions.
• Monitor portfolio exposure, identify early warning signals and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in collections, call‑centre management or related financial recovery functions.
• Strong understanding of NBFC lending products and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage high‑volume account portfolios.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
