Regional Client Partner – Ads Solutions

About the role

The Ads Solutions team partners with advertisers to understand their businesses and drive revenue growth while upholding platform integrity. This role focuses on generating new and expanded advertising revenue in India and ensuring successful outcomes for advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new advertising opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract execution.
• Own and achieve defined revenue targets within the assigned territory, developing structured account plans to drive ROI and long‑term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior advertising decision‑makers, providing strategic guidance and gathering feedback.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and quantify opportunities with data‑driven business cases.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy and Operations to support complex deals.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless post‑sale transitions and coordinated expansion strategies.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, or client‑facing strategy and consulting roles.
• 3+ years of experience as a trusted advisor influencing senior executives.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to operate in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
