About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for IT positions across the United Kingdom and Europe. Based in Hyderabad, you will work onsite with a fast‑paced, target‑driven team, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles in the UK and Europe.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with UK and Europe hiring.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
