Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our delivery team and lead professional and non‑IT hiring for the Australian market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with Australian clients and candidates to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Indeed and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews to assess technical ability, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency.
• Proven track record in Australian recruitment is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Results‑driven and passionate about connecting candidates with clients.
