Recruitment Operations Specialist (HRO)

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, support hiring managers and ensure a smooth talent pipeline. The role sits within the HRO team and contributes to the company’s AI‑driven transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Post openings on multiple platforms and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with job offers and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics (preferred).
• Professional HR certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM‑SCP.

Required skills
