Recruitment Manager (Team Lead) – Early Careers

About the role

The Recruitment Manager (Team Lead) will lead a team of Early Careers Recruitment Coordinators, providing centralized operational support for GSK’s Early Careers programmes across multiple geographies. The role ensures efficient, high‑quality recruitment administration, drives operational excellence, and delivers an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 9 Early Careers Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring engagement, performance and professional growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of central recruitment support activities across multiple Early Careers programmes and locations.
• Oversee triage of candidate, recruiter and stakeholder queries, maintaining service levels and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate administration of recruitment processes, including candidate screening, assessment management, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Lead assessment‑related activities such as SHL assessment resets, adjustment requests and creation of standalone assessments.
• Supervise video interview screening activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate background screening and pre‑employment checking activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle high‑volume queries.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on service delivery and quality.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve performance targets.

Required skills

• Experience with SHL assessment platforms.
