Recruitment Consultant – UAE Market (Vadodara)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring activities for the UAE market from our Vadodara office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across a range of positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for the UAE market, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage job postings and ensure accurate, timely updates.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and best practices.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and metrics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience in the UAE/Dubai market.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruiting tools.
• Strong command of MS Office or similar productivity software.
