Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of client organisations. You will act as the primary point of contact for both candidates and employers, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer stage.
• Develop and grow new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent searches.
• Negotiate salaries, contracts, and terms of business.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems.
• Meet recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
