Recruitment Consultant – APAC

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our APAC clients, primarily in Malaysia and Singapore. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for APAC accounts, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit and other professional platforms.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Provide interview preparation, salary negotiation support and ongoing candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record hiring for the APAC market.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in using Foundit for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
