Recruiting Advisor – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Recruiting Advisor drives end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a defined sub‑region, ensuring hiring targets, diversity goals, and candidate satisfaction are met. The role coordinates interview logistics, supports pre‑screening, and contributes to employer branding while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, university hiring, and diversity targets.
• Support the full staffing cycle: source candidates, screen resumes, create shortlists, schedule interviews, draft offer letters, and manage relocation logistics.
• Coordinate interview schedules, reserve interview spaces, and arrange travel accommodations for candidates.
• Communicate clearly with applicants, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related recruitment function.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and drive process efficiencies.
