Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with business stakeholders to secure top talent across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidate closures within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple requisitions.
• Experience in both IT and non‑IT hiring is preferred.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Required skills

• Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Interview coordination and candidate engagement expertise.
