Recruiter – RPO Team

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. You will support multiple client hiring initiatives, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate regularly with candidates about application status and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
