Recruiter (Remote, 6-8 yrs experience)

About the role

The Language SKOOL is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both Non‑IT and IT positions. Working remotely, you will partner with internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience recruiting both Non‑IT and IT positions.
• Proven ability to source candidates and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet hiring timelines in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
