Talent Leap Private Limited is seeking a high‑performing Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑ and senior‑level positions in the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors. This full‑time, onsite role is based in Mumbai (with responsibilities also covering Ahmedabad) and offers a performance‑driven compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and commercial functions, focusing on pharma and animal health clients.
• Source, evaluate, and close top talent using strategic sourcing methods and thorough fit‑assessment.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, negotiate offers, and ensure swift closures.
• Maintain clear hiring data, provide market insights, and keep pipelines organized.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline through market mapping, industry research, and database management.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in pharma or non‑IT sectors with a proven track record.
• Ability to work independently on critical and long‑duration mandates.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Resilient, self‑driven, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
