About the role

The Recruiter will meet new people regularly, ask insightful questions to gauge candidate potential, and build a strong pipeline of prospects. The role requires excellent organisational abilities and a commitment to meeting or exceeding hiring quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
• Acting as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinating the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Creating and publishing job ads on multiple portals.
• Networking with potential hires via professional groups, social media, and events.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define qualification criteria.
• Screening resumes and applications.
• Conducting initial phone screens and shortlisting qualified candidates.
• Tracking hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill, and source of hire.
• Designing, distributing, and analysing candidate experience surveys.
• Hosting and participating in online webinar fairs.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0‑2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills.
• Adaptable to new industry exposure.
• Experience in international BPO voice hiring.
• Maturity to understand and deal with clients.
• Ability to work under revenue targets.
• Willingness to perform mass calling and proactive outreach.
• Positive attitude, high energy, dedication and competitiveness.

• Headhunting, mapping, screening, evaluation and resource planning.
