About the role

The Recruiter will be the first point of contact for prospective talent, building strong relationships and assessing candidate potential through insightful questioning. This role requires a proactive mindset to keep the talent pipeline robust and to support the organization’s hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, evaluating fit against role requirements.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume analysis.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Achieve weekly targets for outreach calls, emails, and candidate engagements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High energy, passion for recruiting, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
