About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Datacultr’s talent acquisition team. You will partner with department heads and senior leaders to drive end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions across our global fintech operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and coordinate technical interviews.
• Recruit for business support roles such as sales, marketing, HR, and operations, ensuring cultural fit.
• Promote Datacultr’s employer brand by creating engaging job descriptions and representing the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers on recruitment needs.
• Ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
