About the role

Entrupy is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its core team in Bangalore. You will support global hiring efforts, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles worldwide, maintaining consistent and efficient processes.
• Proactively source, outreach, and nurture talent pipelines using established plans and templates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for senior‑level positions.
• Assist senior recruiters with sourcing, screening, and candidate communication for assigned roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience in the technology sector, preferably in a product‑focused startup.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with recruiting data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
