Recruiter I – Talent Acquisition (Bangalore)

About the role

MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Recruiter I to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing the employer brand, and delivering a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct timely phone screenings for roles such as Warehouse, Transportation, Sales, and Product.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Monster.
• Proactively source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity in internal systems.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in US recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work US shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM IST).
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using Boolean search.
• Experience managing job postings across major recruitment platforms.
• Commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
