Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Lokal

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for Lokal’s fast‑growing portfolio of apps. You will partner with hiring managers across product, engineering, operations and other functions to attract, assess and secure top talent that aligns with our mission to empower Tier‑2/3 India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both lateral and niche hiring mandates, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, social media and creative channels.
• Screen and evaluate applicants for role fit, communication skills, intent and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview plans and selection criteria.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system.
• Drive high‑volume hiring while also handling specialized, hard‑to‑fill positions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong execution capability with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and structured stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle both volume hiring and niche, senior‑level searches.
