Recruiter for Delivery Associates

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source and hire blue‑collar Delivery Associates for our logistics network. You will work on the ground, engaging with potential candidates through field visits, local ads, job fairs and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract Delivery Associates via field recruitment drives near hubs, marketplaces and transit nodes.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen applicants, explain job duties, responsibilities and employment terms.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including document collection (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence) and verification.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure all compliance steps are completed.
• Assist new hires with app registration and activation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and delivery hubs to ensure smooth deployment of new hires.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.

Required profile

• Experience in field recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably for blue‑collar roles.
• Familiarity with Indian identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple tasks.
