Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring for APAC (Bangalore)

About the role

As a Recruiter you will lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in India while supporting broader recruitment efforts across the APAC region, delivering efficient and high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to meet regional hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs and ensure smooth recruitment execution.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of recruitment experience, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Experience supporting hiring in lending and payments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment independently in India.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
