Recruiter – APAC/EMEA

About the role

As a Recruiter for the APAC and EMEA regions, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for GreedyGame’s international expansion. You will partner with founders, regional leaders and hiring managers to build talent pipelines across Go‑To‑Market, Sales, Product and Engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for APAC and EMEA, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards and regional platforms such as Wantedly and JobStreet.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess cultural fit, technical capability and alignment with GreedyGame’s core values.
• Provide data‑driven market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability and competitor hiring in target countries.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to refine job descriptions, evaluation frameworks and interview processes.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience that reflects GreedyGame’s transparent culture.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date ATS for accurate reporting and data integrity.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting for international markets in APAC and/or EMEA.
• Background in AdTech, Mobile Gaming, SaaS or Mobile Advertising is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor markets, hiring compliance and cultural nuances outside of India.
• Advanced sourcing capability with proven Boolean search expertise.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a bias for action in a fast‑paced startup.
