About the role
The Receptionist (Tier I) is the first point of contact for visitors at the Bharosa Centre. This role combines front‑desk management with client registration and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Register clients according to prescribed formats and maintain accurate records.
- Manage counselling schedules and update the counselling platform.
- Maintain books of records such as expense registers and attendance logs.
- Keep all case files current and complete.
- Make follow‑up calls based on instructions from the Centre Counsellor.
- Oversee asset upkeep, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Centre Administrator.
Required profile
- Empathetic and courteous demeanor as the first point of contact.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
- Good organizational skills to manage schedules and documents.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with counsellors and administrators.
