About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist & Telephone Operator to manage front‑office activities at our Chennai office. The role combines greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a courteous manner.
- Welcome visitors, manage the front‑desk, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate appointments, courier services, and internal communications.
- Assist internal departments and clients with routine administrative tasks.
- Prepare basic reports and update office registers.
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in reception, tele‑calling or administration.
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentable, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
