Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join HYR with Garima’s front‑office team in Ulhasnagar. The role is full‑time and on‑site, providing the first point of contact for visitors, callers and clients while supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Manage the front‑desk area, keeping it tidy and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for internal teams.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry and record‑keeping.
• Provide accurate information to clients and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized and detail‑oriented in a busy environment.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality and punctuality.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ulhasnagar on a consistent full‑time schedule.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including email, office software and phone systems.
