About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Receptionist Cum Telecaller to manage front‑desk operations while actively handling outbound and inbound calls. This hybrid role combines traditional reception duties with tele‑marketing responsibilities, ensuring a professional first impression for visitors and effective communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, manage sign‑in logs, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Answer, route, and place telephone calls, maintaining accurate call records.
• Conduct tele‑calling activities such as lead generation, appointment setting, and follow‑up calls.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functional.
• Prepare and distribute basic correspondence and reports as needed.

Required profile

• Good verbal communication in English (and local language if applicable).
• Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills.
