Real Estate Telecaller (Outbound/Inbound)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for qualified real‑estate leads across India, turning cold prospects into warm conversations and supporting the sales pipeline. The role combines high‑volume calling with data‑driven lead nurturing using our proprietary CRM and AI‑assisted dialer tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound and inbound calls to qualified real‑estate leads, following structured pitch scripts and objection‑handling playbooks.
• Qualify prospects by assessing budget, location preference, timeline and financing readiness, and update the CRM with real‑time notes.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives to schedule property visits, demo tours and document collection, ensuring zero lead drop‑off.
• Meet daily KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate and callback rate, tracked via real‑time dashboards.
• Escalate complex queries or high‑intent prospects to team leads or sales managers within defined SLA.
• Stay updated on current property listings, pricing trends and financing options to provide accurate responses.

Required profile

• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales) and telecaller scripts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data entry.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound calling protocols and cloud telephony systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of the residential/commercial real‑estate domain and fluency in regional Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali).
